Orders, Lead Times & Deadlines

At Carbonlab, we always strive to meet the stated lead times and delivery deadlines.
However, composite manufacturing — especially carbon fiber — is a complex, hands-on process influenced by multiple factors such as curing cycles, material behavior, finishing quality, and environmental conditions.

Because of this, delays may occasionally occur. When they do, we communicate openly and do everything reasonably possible to complete your order as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Quality will never be rushed at the expense of the final result.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All custom-made and made-to-order products are produced specifically for the individual customer.
For this reason, refunds are not accepted on custom or special-order items once production has started.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the unique nature of carbon fiber manufacturing and the non-refundable status of these products.


Returns – Standard Products

For standard, pre-produced items such as fork covers, we offer 14 days of open purchase (right of withdrawal) from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
